TSU OPA, PIA 3 holds its first webinar on communication strategies

Tarlac State University - Office of Public Affairs conducted its first webinar-workshop on communication strategies for public service in partnership with the Philippine Information Agency - Region III on September 21 and 22 as part of the university's Civil Service Month celebration.
Said webinar is aimed to strenghten the communication strategies of TSU in reaching out to its stakeholders especially during this pandemic and empower the newly designated OPA coordinators.
