Themed “Overcoming the Challenges of the New Normal: Identifying Innovative Solutions through Research,” the Regional Research Conference (RRC) of Tarlac State University held today, December 3, provided a scholarly virtual platform amid pandemic for the sharing of research data and outputs relevant to regional and national agenda.

Although virtually held, the RRC was still graced by the Tarlac province governor Hon. Susan Yap, represented by Ms. Kristine Legaspi, president of the Philippine Councilors League – Tarlac Chapter; chief executives of Tarlac; and TSU officials led by president Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari.
