TSU secures 3rd runner up spot in SCUAA III

Tarlac State University ended the SCUAA III Olympics 2019 as the third runner up during the closing ceremonies held at the Training and Doctrine Command Grandstand in Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on February 8, 2020.

TSU produced 49 gold, 47 silver, and 49 bronze medals amounting to 145 medals recorded and validated by the TSU Sports Development and Management Unit.

The university retained its overall rank and surpassed its 31-gold medal record in 2018.

Bulacan State University (BulSU) Gold Gears reigned supreme as they were hailed overall champions in the 2019 regional sporting event with 99 gold medals. They are overall champion title holders for 24 years.

Following BulSu are the Bataan Peninsula State University Stallions with 60 gold medals and the Central Luzon State University Green Cobras with 59 gold medals.

The Region III athletes will compete in the National SCUAA in Bicol on March 2020.
