OIC Arador Retained as OPAI Director
Prof. Jose Russell S. Arador, officer-in-charge of the TSU’s Public Affairs and Information Office (OPAI), has been retained to head the unit as a full-fledged Director.
President Myrna Q. Mallari, in an administrative order dated December 12, 2018, designated Arador as OPAI Director, five months after the start of his stint as a caretaker officer.
He was first appointed as OIC of OPAI last July 4, 2018, to replace Prof. Winifredo Luis, who went on official leave to study for the November 2018 Bar Examinations.

As Director, he is tasked to “take charge of informing the public of programs and activities that shall promote and enhance the public image of the University” and “keep the public posted of the affairs of the University.”
OPAI, which is under the office of the Vice President for International Linkages and External Affairs headed by Dr. Louella F.
