TSU Holds 28th Commencement Exercises
With 2,430 students graduating, Tarlac State University conducted its 28th Commencement Exercises on June 16, 17, and 18 at the TSU Gymnasium.
The respective colleges has their commencement on the following dates: Day 1 - College of Business and Accountancy, College of Public Administration and Governance and College of Science; Day 2 - College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Architecture and Fine Arts, and College of Law; and Day 3 – College of Arts and Social Sciences, College of Computer Studies and College of Technology.
Sen. Paolo Benigno A. Aquino III was the key speaker on the first day, who also received a Doctor of Humanities, Honoris Causa award.
On the third day, Hon. Noel L. Villanueva, Congressman of the Third District of Tarlac, served as the keynote speaker and inspired the graduates through his life story.
The following are the distribution of graduates per program: 2,338 from Baccalaureate Programs, 44 from Graduate Programs, and 48 from Ladderized Programs.
This year’s class valedictorian is Ms. Kryztelle Aguilar, an AB Psychology graduate and a Magna Cum Laude. (Ruth Hazel A. Galang - OPAI)
