TSU Conducts 28th Baccalaureate Services; CSC Director Alumna Moves Graduates with Inspiring Talk
As a gathering of inspiration and thanksgiving for the graduating batch, Tarlac State University held its 28th Baccalaureate Services on June 13 at the TSU Gymnasium with Dr. Maria Luisa Salanga-Agamata, CESO V, Director IV of the Public Assistance and Information Office and the Honor Awards Program Secretariat of the Civil Service Commission as the Baccalaureate Speaker.
The program commenced with a mass. Afterwards, the program continued with the Ecumenical Rites, Prayer for Graduates and the Baccalaureate Address.
University President Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari introduced Dr. Salanga-Agamata.
Dr. Salanga-Agamata graduated BS Business Administration in TSU.
She had accomplished significant works while at the CSC, such as the crafting of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.
In her speech, Dr. Salang-Agamata had been very vocal and proud of her Alma Matter. She encouraged the graduates to have bigger dreams, pursue higher education, and be proud of the “DNA of TSU” that each and every candidate for graduation possesses. (Ruth Hazel A. Galang - OPAI)
