PGT-TPNO Conducts Basic Baking and Pastry Making, Basic Veggie Noodle Making  

Provincial Government of Tarlac Training and Placement Nnnn Office (PGT-TPNO), in coordination with the Human Resource Management and Development Unit (HRMDU), trained several staff of Tarlac State University on Basic Baking and Pastry Making and Basic Veggie Noodle Making at the HRM Laboratory, Lucinda Campus on December 22, 2016.

Mr. Danilo Gacusan and Ms. Fe Melegrito were the resource speakers for Basic Baking and Pastry Making and Basic Veggie Noodle Making, respectively.

Mr. Gacusan discussed simple procedures and tips on baking and taught the participants how to bake Cream Puffs, Chiffon Cake, Brazo de Mercedes, Pandesal and Brownies.

Ms. Fe, on the other hand, instructed the other group of participants on how to make noodles with Kalabasa and Malunggay as main ingredients.

The participants who completed the training were to receive TESDA certificates of training. (Ruth Hazel A. Galang - OPAI)
