COL Faculty Member Launches Book on Criminal Procedure  

            Atty. Salvador N. Moya II of the TSU College of Law introduced his book entitled The 2000 Rules of Criminal Procedure Notes and Cases in a launching ceremony held at the Bulwagan ng Kapitolyo, Tarlac Capitol on February 18.

            The book contains provisions of the Rules of Court, notes, and updated cases on criminal procedure.

            A ceremonial signing of books for donation also took place in the said program. Five copies of books were donated to the TSU College of Law library

            After the signing, Atty. Moya gave a lecture on the recent rulings regarding criminal procedure which were not yet included in his book, as the cut-off of the jurisprudence in his book was until June 2016 only.

            Atty. Moya’s book is now available in Central Book stores and their website.

            Atty. Moya is currently based in Manila and is the Managing Partner of Moya Ablola Ebarle Law Firm. He teaches law subjects such as Criminal Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Administrative and Election Laws and Evidence. (Ruth Hazel A. Galang - OPAI)
