TSU signs Joint Cooperative Agreement with AUAP

            In the spirit of goodwill and cooperation, the Tarlac State University together with other representatives of participating institutions from the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP), signed a Joint Cooperative Agreement in the 12th AUAP-DHC General Conference at Daegu City, South Korea on November 8, 2016.

            The agreement reflects general consensus resulting from discussions between the representatives of the participating institutions.

            The parties agreed to examine the following possibilities: 1) Enhancing educational and research cooperation between the participating Institutions; 2) Exploring the development of linguistic and cultural programs for students and faculty at our respective institutions; 3) Identifying other educational endeavors that may be mutually beneficial and strengthening our relationship through student and faculty exchanges; and 4) Sharing academic materials, publications and information.

            TSU was represented by Dr. Glenard T. Madriaga, Vice President for Research and Extension, and Dr. Leo P. Piao, Director of the Research Office. (Ruth Hazel A. Galang - OPAI)
