Accreditation of the various programs and curricular offerings of various Colleges went into full gear, as Tarlac State University played host to three major AACCUP survey visits in 2014.  From September 1-6, 2014, a visit for Level 1 Accreditation was done for the Bachelor of Physical Education, and a Level 2 Accreditation for Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, which were successfully re-accredited. A level 2 Accreditation was also done for the Bachelor of Industrial Technology program, with majors in Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronix, and Electronics and Information, which programs were re accredited and thus qualified for Level 3 Accreditation.

From November 24-25, 2014, a Phase 2 Level 3 Accreditation was conducted for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences program, and the Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering programs.

Finally, from December 15-18, 2014, an AACCUP accreditation team led by Dr. Thelma T.  The frenzy of activities made by the various colleges, and the preparations they have made in preparation for accreditation and higher levels of the same are in line with the University’s trust of Globalization and ASEAN Integration. At the forefront of all these is TSU President, Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari’s vision of making TSU an internationally competitive educational institution, at par with world standards.
