The Commission on Higher Education is hereby inviting interested Filipino students to the scholarship program being offered by the University of Surabaya (UBAYA).
Following the successful implementation of the 1st UBAYA International Scholarship (UIS), the university is now offering the 2nd UIS for Diploma, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree.
The University of Surabaya (UBAYA) International Scholarship includes the following:
• 100% tuition fee waived
• Monthly living cost of IDR 2,000,000
