Update on Enrollment for Qualified Freshmen

The following documents are needed for the admission and generation of new student number:
- Report Card Form 138/ Alternative Learning System (ALS) (Original Copy)
- Authenticated PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
- 2 pcs 2x2 colored pictures (taken within the last six months)
- TSU College Admission Test result (Original Copy)
- NCAE Result (Original Copy)
- Health Examination Certificate (Original Copy)

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

Step 1: ADMISSION
Where: TSU Gym
In-charge: ARO Staff
The applicant submits the required documents, be admitted and given student number by the ARO staff.

Step 2: PRE-REGISTRATION
Where: TSU Gym
In-Charge: College Faculty
The students goes to the pre-registration area. Subjects will be pre-registered by the faculty-in-charge.

Step 3: TAGGING OF FREE TUITION
Where: TSU Gym
In-Charge: College Faculty
The student goes to the tagging of free tuition (FT) area. Free Tuition Fee will be tagged by the faculty-in-charge.

TAGGING OF OTHER SCHOLARSHIP PROVIDER
Where: Scholarship Office
In-charge: Scholarship Staff
If student has other scholarship provider, he proceeds to the Scholarship Unit for tagging.

Step 4: RELEASING OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
Where: TSU Gym
In:charge: College faculty
The student proceeds to the printing of COR Area. The faculty-in-charge prints it and gives it to the student.

Step 5: ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS CENTER (BC) FEES AND RELEASING OF MEDICAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Where: TSU Gym
In-charge: Business Center Staff/College Faculty
-The student proceeds to the assessment of BC Fees Area. The Business Center Staff prints the assessment and the schedule of Medical Examination will be printed by the college faculty.
-The student buys uniform and other materials.

All qualified students who FAIL to enroll on the aforementioned schedule will forfeit their slots in favor to the other student-applicants.
