ADVISORY FOR TSU-CAT FRESHMEN APPLICANTS WITH 10-14 PERCENTILE SCORES

The University is scheduling a re-evaluation of student-applicants.
Submission and re-evaluation are scheduled on June 18-21, 2019 at the Testing, Evaluation, and Monitoring Office.
The following documents shall be presented to facilitate the re-evaluation:
1. TSU-CAT Result (Original Copy);
2. FORM 138 (GWA) (Original Copy and Photocopy); and
3. Certificate of Indigency, Certificate of Tribe Membership and/or ITR (whichever is applicable).
NOTE: The release of results for the second batch of examinees is tentatively scheduled next week. Kindly wait for further announcements.
