Applicants must be any of the following:

1. Completed secondary level of education from DepEd recognized school during the S.Y. 2014-2015 and/or earlier.
2. Declared eligible for admission to college after passing the:

- Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT),

- Alternative Learning System (ALS), or

- Non-formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFEA&E).

Requirements for TSU CAT:

(Please present Original Copies)

1. Photocopy of Report Card (Form 138)
2. Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Photocopy of Authenticated Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)
4. Photocopy of Authenticated Marriage Certificate (for female married applicants only)
5. 2 pcs. Passport-sized picture (with name tag, DELA CRUZ, JUAN CRUZ)
6. Non-refundable Testing Fee P300.00 (paid at the Cashiering Office)
