Flag Raising Ceremony And Christmas Tree Lighting

Tarlac State University (TSU) is regularly having its flag raising ceremony every Tuesdays. But on this day, it is not just the usual ceremony for there was a simple lighting of the Christmas tree at CCS as they welcome the Christmas season.
The flag ceremony was headed by the BSIS department along with the participation of the Artists Circle – an organization composing of talented CCS students. The ceremony was solemn and after that a short message was delivered by the dean of CCS, Engr. Marlon V. Gamido followed by a special announcement given by the TSU President, Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari which is about the suspension of classes due to a Tropical Depression. Then, the Christmas tree was lighted by Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari, together with Dr. Armee N. Rosel and CCS Faculty members. There was also a performance from the CCS dance troupe accompanied by Mr. Abegail Madayag and Ms. Anna Cazandra P. Delos Reyes, faculty members of CCS. After the event, a simple breakfast was served.
