CCS Sports Fest

Rain or shine, the College of Computer Studies still pursued on conducting the opening of their Sports fest on October 13, 2017. As planned, the event started at around 8 o’clock in the morning.
The theme of this year’s Sports fest was inspired based on the best-selling novel of J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter. The faculty members and students of the college were divided into three groups – The Slytherin (Green team), The Gryffindors (Red team) and The Ravenclaw (Blue team). The program was headed by Mr. Dennis Y. Virtudazo, who is the person in-charge of the sports affairs of the college. The three groups have all prepared their yells. Afterwards, there was a special production number from the candidates of Mr. and Ms. Sports fest. The faculty members also participated by dressing up with their sports attire.
In the afternoon, there was a jamming session with the band. Then, as for the main event, an amazing race was conducted which was participated by the students and faculty members. The race consists of eleven stations and lasted for about two hours.
All in all, the event was a friendly and at the same time, a competitive match among the teams.
