Message from the Vice President
Amidst the challenges of a constantly changing world brought about by myriad of factors, the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance as the support unit of Tarlac State University has and will continue to respond to these forces through proactive planning and implementation of programs, projects and improved processes.
Adhering to and practicing the basic ISO tools/principles of PDCA (plan-do-check-act) and continual improvement, the Office believe that a desired degree of excellence in its functions expected by the institution and stakeholders is within reach.
