Tarlac State University, led by President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza, joined the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat program at the Bulwagang Kanlahi, Diwa ng Tarlac on September 14, 2026.
The activity serves as an avenue for various government agencies to showcase and deliver their respective programs in order to promote accessible, responsive, and citizen-centered public services.
Part of the program was the awarding of Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grants to the students of TSU and Tarlac Agricultural State University. Present to receive the subsidy are Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Brendalyn A. Manzano, Student Affairs and Services Director Dr. Andie Rafael E. Quiballo, and student representatives Mr. Ryan Mercado (TES student grantee representative) and Ms. Ellaine Guevarra (Tulong Dunong Program student grantee representative).
Moreover, five TSU students from San Nicolas, Victoria, were awarded Presidential Scholarships during the ceremonial recognition and turnover of their scholarship grants.
The Handog ng Pangulo 2026 was held simultaneously nationwide as part of the celebration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s 69th birthday.
