• To serve primarily as a newspaper of and for the students of Tarlac State University – College of Teacher Education
• To promote and uphold the principles of academic and campus press freedom; defend and advance students’ rights and welfare, and advocate the ideal of genuine service to the students and the Filipino people
• To inform about the development of the institution and events of interest to the students
• To act as a medium for independent student opinion on university, community, and national issues
• To conduct competition/s and seminars that will hone the skills of College of Teacher Education students in the field of Campus Journalism.
